Missions
As part of the After Sales team in our Berlin office, you will join the Deliverables & Changes sub-team to ensure a smooth experience for our travel agency partners after booking and before departure.
- You’ll manage modification requests (changes, cancellations, additions, passenger updates) with efficiency and precision.
- You’ll proactively handle any supplier-initiated changes or disruptions, ensuring agencies are informed quickly and travelers are supported.
- You’ll be the go-to contact for confirmed bookings, making sure every upcoming trip runs as smoothly as possible.
- You’ll collaborate closely with our network of agencies in Germany, Belgium, the UK, and North America.
- You’ll contribute to customer satisfaction by maintaining high service quality, fast resolution times, and top-notch communication.
- You’ll occasionally jump on the phone for urgent or high-value support needs – your responsiveness will make all the difference.
What we are looking for:
The skill set to succeed:
- You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate to Berlin to work in our office.
- You speak fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you have some initial experience in the travel industry, but career changers are also very welcome!
- You have previous experience in customer relations (e.g. sales, call center, receptionist) and enjoy providing helpful, solution-oriented support.
- You are organized, thorough, and have a good eye for detail.
- You’re enthusiastic and persuasive.
- You're not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy talking to customers and partners.
- Travel is in your DNA!
