As part of our ambitious goal to double US revenues, we are expanding our team by opening two Travel Agent positions based in Mérida. This is a unique chance to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our travel agency partners and supporting our growth in the US market.
Missions
Customer Support:
- Provide assistance to travel agencies via phone (2–3 hours/day on rotation) and respond to platform-related inquiries.
- Address travel agency requests through HubSpot with the goal of responding within 2 hours and resolving tickets within 24 hours.
Training & Expertise:
- Offer webinars or personalized guidance on platform usage and destination knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team or production managers for specialized inquiries.
Litigation Management:
- Assess and resolve disputes, including calculating refunds, with a target litigation rate of under 2%.
Operations:
- Convert itineraries into bookings using various systems, handle modifications, and coordinate with suppliers.
What we are looking for:
Soft skills:
- Empathy and excellent communication skills (fluent written and spoken English required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Stress resistance and adaptability under pressure.
- Solid destination and geography knowledge.
- Patience and a positive attitude.
Hard Skills:
-Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Additional language skills (Spanish or French).
