Sales Account Manager (USA Region)
Who we are
Travel should be exciting to plan—not overwhelming. That’s why, in 2013, four travel lovers set out to change the game. They created Worldia, a platform that makes it easy for travel agencies to build, customize, and book unforgettable trips for their clients—all in just a few clicks.
We partner with travel agencies giving them the tools to offer made-to-measure journeys across 90+ destinations, backed by cutting-edge technology and top-tier customer support.
And because we have a winning formula, we're continuing to drive our growth—expanding internationally, innovating our tech, and welcoming new partners to reimagine the future of travel.

Missions
Today, Worldia is looking for a Sales Account Manager to grow a portfolio of pre-registered U.S. travel agency accounts (currently 4, with potential to scale to 10). This isn't a prospecting role: the network already exists. Your mission is to onboard and activate these agencies so they actively book through our platform.
You'll need to find the "magic formula" that turns a registered but inactive agency into a consistently booking one, blending smart onboarding, creative campaigns, and a hands-on, consultative approach. Part relationship management, part campaign thinking, part data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end to end onboarding and activation journey for your portfolio of U.S. travel agency accounts
Design, launch, and iterate on activation campaigns to convert registered agencies into active, booking partners
Investigate and test what actually drives activation, thinking creatively and analyzing results to adjust your approach
Present and demo the Worldia platform confidently, ensuring partners understand its value and how to use it
Travel regularly to the U.S. (roughly 30–40% of your time) to build in person relationships and support activation on the ground
What we are looking for:
The skill set needed to succeed:
C1-C2 level of English (German knowledge is a plus!)
Account management experience, ideally within the travel/tourism industry
Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in the U.S.
Able to travel to and work in the U.S., either as a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, or eligible to obtain an ESTA
Strong creative and analytical thinking, comfortable exploring ideas, testing hypotheses, and thinking outside the box to solve activation challenges
Data driven mindset, numbers guide your decisions and priorities
