Missions
Worldia is on an exciting journey of growth, expanding our reach into the US, Canada and German markets while strengthening our presence internationally. To support this ambitious vision, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in increasing Worldia’s awareness and engagement within the B2B sector.
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative strategies to strengthen our brand and inspire our community. From performance marketing to event management, you’ll oversee key initiatives.
- Drive and optimize Worldia’s B2B marketing activities across online and offline channels.
- Plan, launch, and track performance campaigns with a data-driven approach.
- Build and execute content strategies (newsletters, social media, branded materials).
- Lead key marketing projects and events, including Worldia’s presence at ITB.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and campaign performance, providing clear insights to management.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
What we are looking for:
The skills needed to succeed:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing in a B2B/SAAS/tech environment.
- Knowledge of social media management.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong grasp of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in CRM tools like Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Basic design skills (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and a knack for developing eye-catching materials.
- Languages: German and English mandatory (C1 level expected)
- Confident in cross-collaboration environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry is a bonus!
