Missions
As we grow, we are centralizing and professionalizing the management of our CRM ecosystem, including HubSpot, Brevo, ProductFruits, and others. We're hiring a Project Owner (CRM Tools) to own, optimize, and expand the capabilities of our CRM stack while ensuring adoption across the organization. You’ll be the go-to expert helping teams drive performance, automate workflows, and maintain data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a truly 360° CRM role that combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. You will:
- Lead our CRM roadmap – Prioritize and deliver impactful projects that boost sales efficiency, customer experience, and retention
- Design smart workflows – Create and optimize automated journeys across the full customer lifecycle
- Craft high-impact CRM content – structure onboarding flows and messages that drive action and retention
- Be the daily owner of our CRM stack – Manage tools like HubSpot, Brevo, Productfruits... ensuring seamless operation, evolution, and user support
- Make data talk – Build dashboards and reports that give teams visibility on performance, usage, and opportunities for improvement
What we are looking for:
- 2+yrs of experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Writing skills and Sales content sensitivity
- Analytics appetence; capable of tracking KPIs and reporting
- Comfortable managing cross-functional projects independently
- Fluency in French and English (German as a strong plus)
