Worldia is on an exciting journey of growth, expanding our reach into the US and UK markets while strengthening our presence internationally. To support this ambitious vision, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will play a pivotal role in increasing Worldia’s awareness and engagement within the B2B sector.
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative strategies to strengthen our brand and inspire our community. From performance marketing to event management, you’ll oversee key initiatives.
Missions
- Communication Strategy: Develop and implement innovative B2B marketing strategies across online and offline channels (e.g., PR, newsletters, events).
- Content Marketing: Craft and implement compelling content strategies to strengthen the Worldia brand.
- Project Management: Lead projects like Worldia's presence at major industry events (e.g., ITB).
- Market Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to keep Worldia ahead of the curve.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to management.
What we are looking for
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in marketing, with a focus on performance and content marketing in a B2B environment.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Strong grasp of KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in tools like Hubspot, and analytics platforms.
- Creativity & Attention to Detail: Basic design skills (e.g., Figma, Adobe) and a knack for developing eye-catching materials.
- Languages: German and English mandatory (C1 level expected); additional languages are a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry is a bonus.
