Job challenges
Our Tech Team is growing fast and now it is composed of 35 people in 4 feature teams.
🌎 Curate: Provide inspirational content and flexible channel catalog management. Composed of backend Developers.
📅 Plan: in charge of the Front-office web platform in order to facilitate the trip planification inspiring users with smart suggestions. Compose of Back & Front End Developers.
🛩️ Connect: Provide real time price & availabilities through a large range of suppliers. Concretely in Tech, management of all API providers (hotels, airplanes etc.) to ensure a successful Client experience. Composed of backend developers.
🧭 Operate: in charge of the Client Back-office (connection between Client and our Operation Team after-sales). They manage all finance aspects like invoices and vouchers.
They all collaborate with the QA and DevOps teams.
As a QA Engineer, you have cross-functional responsibility for the quality of 2 squads. Your Manager, Enji, gives you a lot of autonomy to be successful in the following missions:
- Define testing plans and participate in executing them within the development teams,
- Make a decision to load in production, you are the one who leads and your impact is strong as we deploy every day!
- Identify improvement opportunities, anticipate bugs, find solutions by your own, put them in place in collaboration with developers,
- Coach them on best practices,
- Report and constantly communicate (spoken and written) to every stakeholder (teams and managers).

- Jira,

- Agile Methodologies and Lean Management.
What we are looking for:
- About 6 years minimum experience in a similar role: worked on a microservice architecture with a lot of autonomy within Feature Teams,
- You are proactive both in searching solutions and your interpersonal approach, remember you are the expert of quality!
- You are organized and are able to prioritize your actions in order to give a clear vision of what you expect from all your colleagues (especially in full remote work),
- Being fluent in English is mandatory as your colleagues are not necessarily French speakers.
Recruitment process
- A Video-call with Margaux, Tech Talent Acquisition Recruiter, to better understand your career plan and your fit for the role at Worldia (45min to 1h),
- First meeting with your future manager with Enji, QA Manager (30 min),
- A technical interview with Enji to evaluate your hard skills and the way you operate (1h),
- A final interview with Laetitia or Liz, Engineering Managers to talk about our values and your project career (1h).
