Hello! I'm Laura, Team Lead Operations at our Mérida office.

I lead the operations team for the North American market, where we support our travel agents every step of the way: from advising on destinations and handling booking requests to assisting clients on the ground 24/7 and resolving any post-trip claims.

What I love most is collaborating with the team to create smooth, memorable experiences for our clients and finding creative solutions whenever obstacles arise.

As part of the Worldia community, we’re all travellers at heart, sharing stories and creating memories. Some of my favourite travel moments? Exploring the ancient ruins hidden in the jungle of Palenque and snorkelling with whale sharks in Holbox. There’s always more to discover in Mexico - and you’ll usually find me exploring with a camera in hand.
