I joined Worldia in 2020 as a travel consultant for Africa and the Islands. I then became a Manager of Customer Success and in 2023, I had the opportunity to join the Production team. I started working at Worldia as a pre-departure customer relations consultant, I've had the opportunity to grow quickly as a customer relationship DMC Team Leader. I find that working for Worldia is collaborating in a constantly evolving company, many opportunities and varied missions.

I've been working at Worldia for almost 5 years now. I started as a Business Developer intern in a team of 2 sales (including me) and later as an Account Manager for the french market. I really believed in the platform from the beginning and it was a pleasure to promote it in the travel industry. As a sales person, I have the chance to hear very enthusiastic feedback from my clients and to see the perspectives for improvement.
