I am Patricia, the VP Human Resources, and joined Worldia in March 2020. 

Prior to this, I have worked in different roles: Sales development in HR consulting services, HR Project Manager in multinational companies, Talent Acquisition Manager, Head of HR in a not profit organization - I have a versatile profile in HR! Today, my goal @worldia is to attract, develop and retain talents who match our culture and our growth's objectives.

At Worldia, we are one big community of travellers, each with stories to tell and memories worth sharing. My favorite travel memory was in India where I lived two years. Attending the Dalai Lama talk in the middle of Ladakh (Indian Tibet in the Himalayas) was a very special experience, not that I understood a word of his sayings, but I loved being surrounded by locals!
